Risk Free Return Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with the jewelry you purchased, call customer service (1-514-393-9788) within 30 days from the date of shipping to arrange for an exchange or refund. For more detailed information, please see our Return Policy.

All Free Gifts with purchase must be returned with products, which are to be refunded. Refunds are not granted to products, which are not returned with the free gift.

ORDER STATUS
All orders that are shipped will be accompanied by an e-mail to confirm shipping. The e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided during the order process and it will include a tracking number.

We currently do not ship to Brazil, Nigeria, India, Indonesia, Pakistan and Russia. Please note that Diamond.com reserves the right to refuse any International Order as per our discretion. In the event that we are unable to ship to your country, we will inform you immediately.
