With this in mind, we have chosen not to be an authorized dealer for some brand name manufacturers because as an authorized dealer we are bound by the manufacturers to carry a certain selection and quantity of products, and to charge higher prices to customers.

Watch Refund Policy

At Diamond.com, we appreciate your business, and with that in mind we always want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are displeased with your watch purchase within 30 days of receiving it, you may return the wristwatch in its original unworn condition, which includes the bracelet/strap and/or folding buckle, deployment buckle and clasp having never been sized or worn, and all packaging, protective tape, manuals and accessories having never been removed and having been kept perfectly intact.

In order to ensure your refund, please inspect the wristwatch upon receipt and thoroughly verify that there are no blemishes and that the timepiece is in working order before removing any factory tape and wearing it.  All of our wristwatches are rigorously inspected and quality controlled before being sent to customers. Should you receive the watch in an unsatisfactory state, you will have forty-eight (48) hours to contact customer service and get a return authorization. Please be advised that once the wristwatch has been adjusted and worn we cannot accept the return. 

Please note that if the watch is sent back to us within the allotted 30-day return period, and received with signs of wear (as stated above), the credit will be reversed and the watch will be returned to you, the customer, at your expense.
