"Standard" and "Free" shipping orders will be shipped via FedEx SmartPost® and delivered by the U.S. Postal Service. A fee of $4.95 will be charged for Standard shipping. Orders usually arrive within seven to ten business days. -

In a bit of a rush? You have the option to have your order shipped by FedEx Express Saver® for a fee of $10.95. Orders typically arrive within three to five business days. -
FedEx 2Day®
Need it faster? You have the option to have your order shipped by FedEx 2Day® for a fee of $11.95. Orders typically arrive within two to four business days. -
FedEx Standard Overnight®
In a big rush? You have the option to have your order shipped by FedEx Standard Overnight® for a fee of $21.95. Orders typically arrive within one to three business days.

For your security, high value orders may require a signature to be delivered. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address.
You will receive an e-mail notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.
For security reasons, we ship to street addresses only, and not to PO Boxes or similar addresses.
All orders will be shipped pending credit approval. Our Customer Service department may contact customers for additional information as required.
In the event that your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted within 2 business days and informed of the reason for the delay
Your credit card will not be charged until the order has been shipped.
All orders to APOs and MSPs are sent via FedEx SmartPost® and can take up to 10 business days.
The following items will not arrive within one business day: rings, watches, family jewelry and designer or specialty items
Also, please note that all Family and Personalized Jewelry orders will be shipped out 7-10 business days after order has been submitted due to the customization work involved.
Watches and Family and Personalized Jewelry items cannot be shipped to Canada.
>Tracking your Order
You will receive an e-mail notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep.
Order Cancellation
If you'd like to
cancel or change an Diamond.com order for any reason, please
contact us and make
sure to include your Diamond.com order number or call 1-888-342-6663, as soon as
possible.
We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be cancelled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return it to Diamond.com according to our return policy.
Diamond.com reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to the proper authorities.
