What is the Backorder Service?
We are delighted to announce that we are now offering a Backorder Service on our best selling items. This means that for those best selling items that are temporarily out of stock you will be able to reserve them ready for delivery to you when they come back in stock.

The items with Backorder Service availability will be marked on the product page as "Backordered (Available on: MM/DD/YYYY)"

How does the Backorder Service Work?
You can place an item on backorder in the regular manner knowing that the delivery will not take place until the item is in stock. The date that it will be in stock is specified in the Product Page and the Shopping Bag. Once the item is in stock it will be shipped within 72 hours.

Your credit card will only be charged at the time when the backordered item is shipped from our warehouse.

If you wish to change your order after you have placed it and prior to it being shipped, you can call our toll free number 1-888-342-6663 for further assistance.

You will receive an e-mail notification the day your backordered item has been shipped. In the unlikely event that your backordered item cannot be shipped you will be contacted immediately by e-mail and informed on the reason of the delay.

How does it work if my order includes both backordered items and items in stock?
If an order consists of several items and one or more of those items are selected on backorder, the items in stock will be shipped immediately using the selected shipping method and the backordered items will be shipped separately upon arrival using the same shipping method selected when the order was placed. All shipping charges related to the total order will be collected once with the initial transaction. Backordered items will not have additional shipping charges.
