How do I become a member of the program?

How does Diamond.com track products purchased through my affiliate links?
Diamond.com has partnered with Commission Junction, the leading affiliate solution provider. Utilizing Commission Junction's technology, we are able to track all impressions, clicks, and sales which take place through your affiliate link. This does require you to ensure that you are using the proper affiliate links.

How do product returns affect my commissions?
If a customer returns a product for a refund, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be debited for commission earned on that reversed purchase.

Do my visitors have to make a purchase on their first visit in order for me to get credit?
No. When your visitors come to Diamond.com, we place a cookie on their computer showing that you referred them to us. This cookie lasts for 30 days. If they make a purchase within those 30 days, we still credit you for sending them to us. As long as you are still an active affiliate, we will pay you commissions for the purchases made by these visitors.

What if someone deletes all the cookies on their machine? How can I get credit for them?
Unfortunately, if someone deletes their cookies (which very few people do anymore), we are unable to track the source that sent them to us, so we cannot pay commissions on such sales.

When you apply to the Diamond.com Affiliate Program, you select a username and password at Commission Junction. Using this login information, you can check your impressions, clicks, and sales, as well as keep up-to-date on new information about the Diamond.com Affiliate Program.
