"Purchased a diamond ring from diamond.com on 12/27. It was shipped on 12/29 and got the ring on 12/31. Ends up my wife doesn't like the shape (she prefers round instead of princess cut) and I got to return to them. I got a refund within a week they got back the ring. Everything is smooth and customer service is great. When I called them that I wanted to return because of the shape of the diamond, they helped me to do a search with my new criteria and sent me an email with a link. They also had another representative calling me to follow up. Will definitely do business again with them."
