International Orders

Loose Diamonds and Create Your Own Rings
These items are shipped separately from any other items in your shopping bag and will be shipped directly from our supplier's warehouses. The method of shipping will be based on the total value of the item:

Under $1,000 - via FedEx Express Saver
$1,000 - $3,000 - via FedEx 2Day with Direct Signature required
$3,000+ - via FedEx Overnight with Direct Signature required

Please note that 'Create Your Own' Tacori rings size 8.0 and above require 6-8 weeks delivery time.

    Diamond.com offers you free shipping via FedEx Express Saver® on all orders over $250. Shipments usually arrive within three to five business days. All orders are shipped pending credit approval.

  • FedEx 2Day®

    Diamond.com offers you the option to have your order shipped by FedEx 2Day® for a fee of $10.95. Shipments usually arrive within two business days. All orders are shipped pending credit approval.

  • FedEx Standard Overnight®

    Diamond.com offers you the option to have your order shipped by FedEx Standard Overnight® Shipping for a fee of $21.95. Shipments usually arrive within one to three business days. All orders are shipped pending credit approval.

  • FedEx Saturday Delivery®

    Diamond.com offers you the option to have your order shipped by FedEx Saturday Delivery® Shipping for a fee of $34.95. Shipments usually arrive next day. All orders are shipped pending credit approval. Please note that orders with Saturday delivery will only be shipped and delivered for Saturday arrival.

Terms and Policies

Please note that if the shipping/billing addresses are different or if the monthly payment option is selected, your order may be delayed pending order/credit approval.

Please note that all rings and diamonds in our Create Your Own section will be shipped separately from other products ordered on Diamond.com.

For your security, high value orders may require a signature to be delivered. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address.

You will receive an e-mail notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.

For Security reasons, Diamond.com ships to street addresses only, and not to PO Boxes or similar addresses.

All orders will be shipped pending credit approval. Customer support may contact customers for additional information as required.

In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted immediately by e-mail and informed the reason for the delay.

Your credit card will not be charged until the order has been shipped.

All orders to APOs and MSPs are sent via USPS and can take up to 10 business days.

The following items will not arrive within 1 business day: Create Your Own Rings and Special Orders.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an e-mail notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep.

Order Cancellation

If you'd like to cancel or change an Diamond.com order for any reason, please contact us and make sure to include your Diamond.com order number or call 1-877-602-3817, as soon as possible.

We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be cancelled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return it to Diamond.com according to our return policy.

Diamond.com reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
