These items are shipped separately from any other items in your shopping bag and will be shipped directly from our supplier's warehouses. The method of shipping will be based on the total value of the item:
$500 - $1,000 - via FedEx Express Saver®
$1,000 - $3,000 - via FedEx 2Day® with Direct Signature required
$3,000+ - via FedEx Standard Overnight® with Direct Signature required

For your security, orders over $500 value may require a signature to be delivered. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address.
You will receive an e-mail notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.
For security reasons, we ship to street addresses only, and not to PO Boxes or similar addresses.
All orders will be shipped pending credit approval. Our Customer Service department may contact customers for additional information as required.
In the event that your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted within 2 business days and informed of the reason for the delay
Your credit card will not be charged until the order has been shipped.
All orders to APOs and MSPs are sent via Standard Shipping and can take up to 5 business days.
You will receive an e-mail notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep. Please be advised that depending on your inbox’s security settings, our confirmation e-mail may be received as SPAM. Check your ‘SPAM’ or ‘Junk’ mail inbox periodically.
If you'd like to cancel or change a Diamond.com order for any reason, please contact us and make sure to include your Diamond.com order number or call 1-888-342-6663, as soon as possible.
We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be cancelled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return it to Diamond.com according to our return policy.
Diamond.com reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to the proper authorities.
