Diamond.com will ship all over the world at a fixed rate of $50 US, which includes insurance for the full amount of the merchandise purchased. International customers are responsible for local customs and duties.

Step 3: Send payment (see details below).
If you're not completely satisfied with the jewelry you purchased, call customer service (1-514-393-9788 ext. 501) within 30 days from the date of shipping to arrange for an exchange or refund. For more detailed information, please see our Return Policy.
Please note that all costs associated with International returns are the customer's responsibility.
All Free Gifts with purchase must be returned with products, which are to be refunded. Refunds are not granted to products, which are not returned with the free gift.
All orders that are shipped will be accompanied by an e-mail to confirm shipping. The e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided during the order process and it will include a tracking number.
If the billing and shipping addresses are both within the US or Canada, we will accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. The following payment types are accepted as well:

We currently do not ship to Brazil, Nigeria, India, Indonesia, Pakistan and Russia. Please note that Diamond.com reserves the right to refuse any International Order as per our discretion. In the event that we are unable to ship to your country, we will inform you immediately.
